Jaime Richichi is an entrepreneur, author, and creative visionary dedicated to helping others design a life of confidence, purpose, and elevated living. A native New Yorker with deep roots in fashion, design, and luxury real estate, she has built a multifaceted career that blends aesthetics, innovation, and personal transformation.

With a background as a senior executive in the fashion industry and a top-ranked luxury real estate broker with Sotheby’s International Realty, Jaime is celebrated for her discerning eye and ability to curate elevated spaces and experiences. She is the founder of AFFINĒ Atelier, an interior design firm, and AFFINĒ Ēdition, a digital publication spotlighting fashion, design, and rare goods.

As an author and speaker, Jaime shares powerful insights on intuition, bold decision-making, and overcoming self-doubt. Her upcoming book, All in My Head (2025), explores how our thoughts shape our reality—and how breaking free from overthinking and self-doubt can unlock a life of clarity, confidence, and bold action.

In addition, Jaime is launching MAKE BOLD MOVES™, an educational platform designed to empower individuals to confront challenges, shift their perspectives, and step into their highest potential. Through transformative tools and strategies, the program will help participants embrace resilience, self-trust, and intentional living.

Beyond her professional work, Jaime is the founder of a nonprofit dedicated to supporting women in need, helping them build confidence and career success through clothing, coaching, and mentorship.

Jaime's profound love for animals, deeply rooted in her years as a professional equestrian, fuels her unwavering commitment to animal welfare and the transformative bond between humans and animals. A passionate advocate for rescue organizations, Jaime actively supports multiple foundations dedicated to giving animals a second chance. She finds immense joy in being the proud mother to her beloved rescue pup, Luna, a testament to her dedication to creating a better world for animals in need.

Whether designing homes, launching new ventures, or creating inspiring content, Jaime thrives on curating beauty and functionality in every aspect of life. Her work reflects her core belief: bold moves and thoughtful choices pave the way to living a life of intention and impact.

Jaime divides her time between Manhattan and the Hamptons, where she is currently renovating her own 1900’s farmhouse.  Passionate about fashion, travel, and interior design, Jaime’s journey is a testament to the art of blending ambition, creativity, and authenticity in pursuit of a life well-lived.
